  Nice and kind with first encounter, she even hugged me. Then she will promise you the moon, lie to you.... Example: She told me she sent my medical records to the Mayo Clinic for review and the Mayo Clinic stated that I needed a Neurologist. Soon realized that all she promised was not coming to pass and I was getting worse. Made a phone call on my own (No Referral) to the Mayo clinic and was able to get an appointment and discovered that she never sent anything to the Mayo Clinic on my behalf. This angers me because I repeated this information to all doctors I encountered and it made me look like I was more insane. I have a correct diagnosis at this time AMEN. Stay Away

  I had an appointment for my annual physical exam for 8:30 AM. I walked in at 8:34 AM. The front desk receptionist said she needed to call to the back. When she hung up, she told me that they already accepted the patient ahead of me and that they could not see me until after lunch. I WAS 4 MINUTES LATE and they denied me service until the afternoon. I had to fast for 12 hours, drop my kids off early to daycare to make this appointment. I spoke to Sherry (Office Manager) she said she was so sorry and that should have never happened and that Dr. Hyde would call me to discuss. Dr. Hyde NEVER called. I would not recommend this office. Dr. Hyde has no manners.
