- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did not even make it into the appointment. The phone staff is rude. The woman at the front desk is absolutely abrasive and it was such a poor experience before I even saw the doctor, I cancelled my appointment. I show up for my appointment and the woman tells me I should have been there 30 minutes prior to the time they gave me. This would cause the doctor to run behind so I would need to reschedule or wait 1.5 hours. Unfortunately for them, I am a clinic scheduler by profession and I write extremely detailed information when it comes to scheduling. Also, I called an hour prior to see if i could come in sooner and they told me the clinic was too busy and I should come at the scheduled time. That was with someone in the car and the phone on speaker phone. Guess what? They confirmed that information was not given. I don't appreciate being told what information I was without a doubt given when the person in the situation has no knowledge of the original conversation. The customer service is poor and I truly hope the doctor is worth more than his staff. I would not recommend anyone set an appointment here.April 19, 2017by Ashlee Smith
