- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I actually liked Dr. Kindred. The office and nursing staff sucks. I called 5 times last week to have a question answered and the nurse called me back after day 3, only to ask what I had already told them the problem was on the message. She said either her or Dr. Kindred would call me back and after calling an additional 4 more times (a total of 12 business days-not including weekends) I have yet to talk to the nurse or the Dr about what my issues are. I feel forced to make an appointment just to have one question answered. It also irritated me that I had my labs done 3 weeks ago, nurse said the results came back, but they have yet to post them on my patient portal.
