Kim at Todd Mclain's office, not only gave us the best deal, but she called me back within the hour (on a Friday afternoon!) with the quote, emailed the info, and followed up.   My wife and I have home owners and auto insurance with Todd McLain Farmers for going on over two years now. We had Farmers with another agency prior to Todd until the owner retired and Todd then picked up our business. I have never felt as comfortable with any other insurance agency as I do with this one!! Kim Doan has been my contact for the past year and takes care of us as she would a close friend or family member. Every question or concern I have has been dealt with quickly and professionally and not a single one has been deemed as "unimportant" or "insignificant"!! My wife and I highly recommend Todd McLain Insurance as one of the BEST of the BEST!! We look forward to a long and lasting relationship with Kim and Todd as insurance folk looking out for our best interest!!
