- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I thought I hit gold when I found a family medicine doctor who was also an AME so I could not only manage my medical conditions but also my FAA flying medical status with the new BasicMed program that "any" state licensed physician can complete. I was assured they could figure it it out as it was only paperwork to fill out and was welcomed in for a visit. Long story short, this AME physician & staff are unaware of the new FAA regulations and the office refused to see me, even though my primary visit was for a new patient medical exam. In the week since I made the appointment, no research was done and no internal communication transpired on my request. It wasn't until "after" I took time off from work and arrived at their office did they tell me they weren't going to see me. My initial impression of them over the phone is that these people do not know what they're doing. Upon my arrival my beliefs were confirmed and I'm actually quite happy to have been refused service as I'm pretty confident I'll find better and more knowledgeable health care elsewhere.September 06, 2017by L Lorden
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the worst service and very unprofessional frustrated, demotivated employees. I schedule my physical for April 27 and they charged me for no show for Feb 27 and when I asked them what is going on, they said they have two appointments on the system so they need to charge. They don't even have a piece of brain left to make this work. On top of that, when i go to annual physical last year, the doctor wouldn't even come to talk to you and examine you. This is a collection of morons and bunch of dummies. Please, I highly advise you not to go here. I thought i would go here because it was close to home. I will also sue them with their own mistakes. This kind of businesses, we citizens shouldn't allow to function. And believe me, those two google reviews that gave five stars, those are family members, no body would give them that.January 13, 2017by Nat Asfaw
